Frequently Asked Questions
How do I create my first invoice?
First, add some billable items from the Items tab. Then go to the Invoices tab, tap the + button, select a date range, choose your items, and create your invoice. You can then preview and share the PDF.
How do I set up my business profile?
Go to Settings > Business Profile. Here you can add your business name, address, contact information, bank details, and upload your logo. This information will appear on your invoices.
How do I add rate presets?
Go to Settings > Rate Presets > Add Preset. You can create hourly or fixed rate presets that make it quick to log billable items.
Can I edit an invoice after creating it?
Yes! Tap on any invoice to view its details. From there, you can edit items, change the status (Draft, Sent, Paid), or delete the invoice.
How do I export/share an invoice?
Open an invoice and tap "Generate PDF". You can then preview the invoice and share it via email, Messages, AirDrop, or save it to your files.
What currencies are supported?
Mi-Invoice automatically uses your device's locale settings to determine the currency symbol and formatting.
Is my data backed up?
Yes, all your data is securely synced to the cloud via Firebase. Your data will be available on any device where you sign in with the same account.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings and scroll to the bottom. Tap "Delete Account" and confirm. This will permanently delete your account and all associated data.
